Within a week of interview had hr discussion and got salary breakup last week which i accepted.
Still not sure i will get offer letter or not. It has been 3-4 days no updatw

I had an in person interview on Friday morning and sent a thank you email eod Friday. Now I’m wishing I would have asked when to expect to hear back. It was a panel interview with a smaller municipality. How do people deal with the wait game, how long do I wait before reaching out? I felt very good about it but now each day that passes I feel less confident! Help!

I have an offer with CITI which I have signed and sent it back to them. And I have an interview scheduled with Luxoft next week. And my LWD is Oct 21. In case I clear my interview and get selected at luxoft and i am happy with the project that I am going to get, is it OK for me to communicate to CITI at the 11th hour that I won't be joining them.

Is it ok to reject the offer just one week before joining after all the bgv is completed as i got a better offer ? I feel guilty to do that

I have an offer coming my way from a series B funded start up (meaning they can offer ESOPs). What total CTC should i ask for?

I was think to ask fro 45 LPA Cash + 15 lakhs of annual ESOPs, making a total of 60LPA.
