I got an update from recruiter that my profile is now in the 'pre team match' phase (for Program Manager, Big Data and Analytics position). She will set up onsite interviews once there is some interest from any hiring manager.

Now, how long does this process usually take?

I recently left solo work to an in-house role where I am the only poc my team. I honestly feel my team has never had a poc on the team coupled with the fact that I’m much younger. 08 grad.I’m still learning ropes I can’t help but get this sense that they feel I’m not qualified but was only hired as a “diversity hire”. I feel so out of place. They’re nice folks but the comments makes me so uncomfortable as if they’re working with a first year who doesn’t know a lot. Tell me it gets better please!

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. I have a offer from PwC US Advisory for Senior Associate role. They have offered fixed component but there is no mention of any variable component. How much on an average is there is performance bonus? I am currently working with Accenture which has variable component of 27%

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated
