And one more offer in Accenture as application development analyst
With fixed as 7.5 and 21% variable

Can you please share your views which is best for analyst?

I am 2021 passout and currently working at Infosys as dse with 6.2Lpa since past 1.2yrs. Here I got trained on MERN but never got any project related to it, although I am interested in the same. At present, my manager assigned me in Equinox team where I'm getting training on a tool for just how to use it.
I've talked to my manager but he is kind of rude so no meaningful discussion happened.
Now I want to switch? How should I plan and what things should I learn to look for switch?

The company I work for is going through being acquired by a mid size company. They would like to change our pay structure. Currently on a $40k draw before collecting any commissions with no cap. They are looking to move us to a salary and bonus structure. We handle leasing for commercial real estate, specifically retail. How should I calculate what salary and full comp number I should be making? We’re based outside of Washington DC. What are typical retail leasing agents making on a salary?

Guys my opinion about EY Split:
This is going to be a big change and hopefully it won’t affect any employee negatively (my gut feel is it will be a positive thing to employees)
But I feel we should embrace the change and be ready for any adverse effects. Upskill yourself and be ready to switch if something bad happens.

Does anyone here have chronic allergies or sinusitis? I literally wake up sneezing and nose starts itching and running. It’s all day, year round and I’m at my wit’s end. Been to an allergist and did testing- Flonase and antihistamines aren’t cutting it. Not sure if it’s purely allergies or something else. Would love to hear how people dealt with this.
