I have 3 YOE. Recently I got two offers.

One in Deloitte as an analyst
With fixed as 6.8 and 10% variable.

And one more offer in Accenture as application development analyst
With fixed as 7.5 and 21% variable

Can you please share your views which is best for analyst?

What chapters are more heavily tested for REG?

Where do you guys usually buy your watches from ?

Everyday I can’t seem to hit the required billable hours. I’m overwhelmed by emails and people asking me where an item is. I feel like I’m not good enough. I keep making mistakes I shouldn’t make at my level. I wish I could just quit so I wouldn’t have to be miserable everyday.

Does anyone know how I could confirm an insecurity? I question my chin and jaw line - it almost looks like I have a double chin in candid photos or videos, and no neck. But, when I look at my side profile in the mirror or in a selfie or video I take myself, it looks okay. I’ve asked ppl I know and they have all been adamant that it looks fine. But when I see an unflattering photo or video, it kills my self esteem. How can I find out if this is real or in my head? Not against plastic surgery.

The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

Hi.. I gave interview for Presales Consultant.. Eveything went well and I was through till HR round.. I mailed all my experience letters to HR for verification.. Next day I received a mail say that the position is on hold.. HR said there are some internal movements happening and shall get back to me in a weeks time..
