I have a job offer that offers 10k more in Salary and I was also given some stock options when we go public.

Right now I am at a Semi-Conductor Giant as an HR Operations Specialist, and this new job is going to be a People Operations Associate.
I’ll be working directly with the Director in building out People Programs, Onboarding, etc for a startup that just finished Series C funding.
I have been at this Semi-Conductor giant for 1 month but the startup has no problem with this at all

Does anyone work for New York Life? What are some roles that pay salary plus commission, or at least a very decent salary? I have an interview to go over options and would like to maybe have some options of my own before going into this.

Interested in making the move from data analytics to data science eventually at bigger tech co. Currently at a startup, coming up on 1 year mark this week. Got an offer from a ML startup for another data analytics role with clear progression to ML engineer. Comp is the essentially the same (95k). My fear is jumping around too much too frequently. Should I stay at my current role, bide my time, and keep trying to jump to a bigger tech data role or make the switch to another startup now?

Can any Infosys Senior Consultants shed light on this? My tentative salary discussion with HR was done on 9-May, i agreed to the salary they proposed, after that they said i'll get offer letter in 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month now, yet there is no update. On their careers portal, the status is "Review in progress". I followed up with HR a couple of times, they just said they will 'update me soon'. Should i take it that it is not coming now?

So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. Hi Everyone, I have been an HR Generalist for close to 7 years. I had good managers and poor managers in between. My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. Which one is the variable component? I guess the "performance bonus". Please suggest.
