Hello,
Anyone looking for cssa exam dumps??
Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Dude when I resigned I got offer for Singapore and UK from my company. When it comes to saving Singapore is a better option than US (H1B) but I declined because I can't leave my parents alone. Btw my current package is 12.98 LPA and joining new company at 25 LPA (mus less than yours).

Check your priority and decide.
Don't just run after Money or Onsite blindly.

If you cannot leave your parents, just switch off long term onsite from your mind. I did the same 2 decades ago and since then have not travelled to US again and never regretted .
32LPA is a very good package and you can save money and live comfortable life.

Bhai..apna frustration kahi aur jake nikal 😂
If you want to stay with your parents, H1B is not required. So it's better to make a move and live a comfortable life in India.
I appreciate your decision to stay with your parents.

H1B is all about luck and US government norms...
It has lottery system which doesn't guarantee 100%...I think this year application timeline allready gone...
Considering current slow down situation US may not allow much H1B... So better to take decision by thinking about all perspectives...
X see

Lol no one is going anywhere
Don't get trapped
Switch man switch!
You got a good package here. And even if you decide to travel US your cost of living would be higher due to all time high inflation rate there.
I would suggest to take new offer and live happily here. Maybe you might get some other opportunities in near future. All the best!! If you don't mind would you be able to share your YoE and tech stack
You have your reasons, ie) you cannot leave your parents. So, its good to take the offer that you hold.
No point of waiting for H1B. If your company has Blanket approval a'd they can apply for L1 BLANKET then you may plan to go for few years.
