Please tell me what mode of transport should i prefer as i have no vehicle.

- Uber/ Ola? - not feasible on day to day basis
- Train or Bus?
- Share Auto? Dont know if that's available.

I need some advices: I am refinancing my mortgage to lower the monthly payment. The appraisal came ~30k higher than the price we bought the house, so we are good on that. The concern I have now is if the taxes might increase after the refinance. The taxes already increased since I bought the house because of the price I paid which was ~100k more than it was assessed before buying it. Is anyone knowledgeable about the tax process and can advise if taxes may increase after a refinance? Thanks!
