Currently have a case where where plaintiff is claiming extensive lost wages from missing tips from working as a bartender/waitress. I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.

Went through the trouble of getting a fully underwritten loan with Bank 1 at 3% apr so we could make a strong offer. Now found out that bank 2 is quoting a 2.875% apr for the same parameters. is it worth it to jump ship and start a new underwritten application knowing that rates might change by closing, and even in bank 1 matches now it may also change by closing? not in contract yet but making offers Thanks in advance.
