Hello All, I recently joined TCS and i was allocated to one project by RMG on Friday but PM is not responding properly (He seems least interested in taking me). He said they will evaluate and confirm if I’m suitable for their project. I do not have any idea about my RMG spoc.
Can you please suggest what can be done in this situation?

1.BCG is T1 in the region while Bain doesn't seem so. Do you confirm? And the trend?

2.Interviews/negotiations went great with Bain vs BCG more acrimonious. Does my experience reflect structural cultural differences (pressure, up or out, cutthroat)?

I gave infosys interview on 14 may and same day received a mail to upload document including current salary and application form. But its almost 10 days and i have not heard back from the HR . For people who have returned to the office, are you feeling more or less productive? Today’s my first day back (going in only twice a week) and it feels like being new again. I also feel less productive since it’s harder to randomly to play music or step out for a walk to recalibrate and focus. Is it just me?

Getting really frustrated with my job. Im by far the busiest associate my year level, and there are 2 people in my group who literally have no work at all. I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

One consistent feedback I receive is that I don't follow through on client relationship. I build tremendous trust and good will during an engagement, but I let the relationship die out once we wrap the work out. OR It is luke warm at best with a periodic email once in a while, unable to introduce people or grow the relationship.
