CD salary range in LA?
Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Is biglaw litigation slow right now?
McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Square Veeva @teletracking
Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus
Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus
I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging

Well what ru doing
These are both incredible options - congrats! I think this really comes down to how ready you are to start anew away from home and family. On paper the second offer is pretty attractive but I would also consider weighing company culture/work environments against eachother. Good luck!!

I would take CITI unless you’re really interested in moving. Better industry to be in IMO. And let’s say you’d pay at least $2K per month in rent/utilities/groceries in Dallas for a one bedroom. That’s $24K a year, conservative estimate. If you save $24K for one year of living with your family, then really the CITI offer is more lucrative.

Really comes down to COL. Where is home at the moment?
Coach
Honestly- I would hardly consider that a move. Yes, it is nearly 300 miles, but you’re a 4hr drive from home, still in state so no funky business on re-establishing residency (I’ve legit had to retake a drivers test so many damn times because some states absolutely require it). If you decide to keep going to school you still have instate tuition etc. it’s not going to cost you anywhere near $18k to move 275miles. Take the bonus and the extra cash.
Hi! You should take the offer from CITI. There are more career opportunities and it is a great company.
