1. Kellogg is an M7. Your comment makes me question whether you’ve actually done your hw
2. T15 UG as in Duke, WashU…? I know it’s not Northwestern since it doesn’t offer Accounting. Or do you mean T15 public? If T15 public, not great, and you’ll need to explain your GPA.
3. GRE total is low for an M7. Possible for T15 but still low for even T15. You’d need 320-330 to have a decent shot.
4. What helps your narrative is your female background. Not sure about your ethnic background (see that you help with URM mentoring), but being an URM helps. Duke, Anderson, CBS, Wharton, and Kellogg are big on the women recruitment part. Whittling down more, Anderson and Kellogg are big on women + DEI. Wharton is big on international experience, so if you have that, great.
Advice:
- Please do your research on M7s vs T15s
- Figure out your narrative; then, figure out which schools are a match with your narrative
- Use the free 30 minute consultation service from SBC or Stratus to get their thoughts on your GPA
- Attempt this year if you’re okay with using the feedback to improve your app as a reapplicant
I’m an URM female and debating applying at all since I’ve gotten a 316 three times. What score did you apply with initially?
M7 would be extremely tough with that score and GPA. T15 is super competitive. I would try to score 320+ or 700+ in GMAT
Firstly, it’ll be tough at any of the schools you mentioned, not just m7 (also, friendly advice as an “m7 grad” pls stop classifying schools that way as it’s a stupid arbitrary term). Kellogg, Tuck, Yale are all high gmat schools an. Your gpa and gmat are low for top 10. Definitely recommend retaking if you want a shot at any top program.
DM me! More than happy to help. I advise prospective bschool candidates on the side.
M7 / Yale would be tough, Duke a stretch and Cornell a decent shot,.
I got into tuck with similar stats. Apply, be intentional, and see what happens

Can I ask what your post MBA goal is? When you say 6 YOE…I’m assuming you’ll have 7 by the time you actually go if you apply this year?
If you can’t get the GRE up, you may also consider schools like Jones or Goizueta. Just be careful about the class size. When the sizes are tiny (e.g., Jones is 178), the adcoms get very sensitive with how far you are from the median/average test score and GPA.

HSW is going to be really really tough with those stats and WE unless you have an amazing story. Other M7s and T15s could potentially happen with your GRE up.
Did you end up getting in to Wharton?
