I actually had the same question for my current title a few weeks back - Fishbowlers suggested looking up LinkedIn profiles to see career paths and titles of other designers/executives. That may help you, especially if you have a specific goal or path in mind for yourself.
Thank you for the suggestion but in corporate hierarchy it doesn't work that way.
The creative lead is the one who envisions the brand, based on everyone's creative exploration. So having two creative leads, leads to a bit of chaos about who to direct the creative.
How long does it typically take to hear if one is moving to the next phase (interviewing)?
I've been in a referred status on one for 5 months. I did inquire about my status and I was told my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager- this was in June.
