I graduated in June with a dual BSBA in healthcare management and humans resources management/organizational management. I have 12 years experience as a medical assistant. I'm having trouble finding my first job as a healthcare manager. After submitting so many applications and receiving so many rejection emails I've become frustrated. Any advice anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

How many of you ladies are planning or ended up being a stay at home mom post maternity leave? I'm really considering it because I've always desired to stay home for a few years in child's first few years of life and we can afford it, but I'm also feeling a little sheepish about my work reputation and losing a great role (since I would have to quit). Hi! I’m an hr coordinator on a contract. They want to extend my contract, but I was hoping for a perm role, which was supposed to happen. But business changed and that’s not going to happen now. I really need a perm role for benefits, job security, etc. Would you stay with the hopes of a perm role within the next year? I really like this company, just not sure I should hold out, especially since I’ve been going above and beyond my job description. What would you do?

Put your mortgage on forbearance and stack up and save as much as you can. We don't know when this will be over, the forbearance won't hurt your credit score (yes, you will pay interest), but when all said and done you can save 6 months to 1 year of your most important expense in case 💩 hits the fan.

Nothing hits the fan, you would have saved enough to probably put the down-payment on that vacation home you always wanted to get.

Does anyone have goals of investing their earnings to buy real estate? From doing tax work you see the potential in building a real estate portfolio, but lately I’ve been having doubts about it even being worth doing if you don’t have the real estate professional status with the IRS. Do you all think it is worth it, or would you rather put your money in the market/401k/IRA? And yes I understand the market is bad right now, I’m talking in general when the market is normal.

Meals 104x5 = 520
hourly rate 20.00X40 = 800 ( after tax) 618

$2578 per week after taxes

total compensation for 6 months = $72,184

Total compensation plus relocation= $77,184
