These are obviously very competitive schools and I’d like to use any resource possible, but I can’t tell if these are only intended for people transitioning from active duty. I've risen in my org to a Sr. Director level running a virtual BU, but seem to have maxed out my title and responsibility despite a history of exceptional results & solid relationships. Been doing accounting for over a year, I am well adversed in accounting, payroll, sales tax, and taxes, have done accounting for companies generating up over 10 million dollars in revenue. Hi! I’m currently working as a Data Analyst. I love being in the tech field more than non-tech ones. As of now, I want to be a Data Engineer in the future. I have also been thinking about Business Analyst/Consultant role. I currently have an offer for the post of Business Analyst at MSC. Which one of these two provide better lifestyle and easier to do? Also, if I happen to take up the BA role, would it be difficult to transition to a Data Engineer if I want to?

Recently received offers from both Alvarez & Marsal and Mercer for post grad. Leaning heavily towards A&M because they’ve been great during the recruiting process and I assume that’s a reflection of how they treat their employees. Is there anything I’m missing that should lead me to accept Mercer instead? (career growth, comp, work/life balance, etc.)
