Suppose there’s a situation: you joined a company in 2022 at x lpa salary through campus placements. Same offered x+2 to your junior batch. Would it increase your salary too at yearly increase or you’ve to negotiate for it??

I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?
