Anyone here from the UK? I'm on a H1B and ain't been home in a fair while. Was hoping to get back for Christmas, given it looks like travel is opening up (at some point?) In November, but my immigration counsel seemed dubious on how easy it would be to renew the H1B to get back to the States in a reasonable time. While country looks like bedlam atm tbh.

I’ve been in one role for 10+ years with ever increasing autonomy and responsibilities but no official title change. Would it be an issue to split up the experience bullets into “associate”, “staff”, “senior”? And add “senior” to the position title? Obviously, I want to do this correctly/honestly and am just trying to organize the list to show the growth within the position.

What reasons to give in interview for question "why you're leaving current company in 6 months?" Real reason is I am heavily underpaid here and also work is not interesting. They hired as data scientist but mostly giving service cleanup and python part. Not much data science part. But to add Work culture and WLB is good here.

Just a tip: Company HR's faking as third party hiring agencies just to get "other offers" details from candidates, is becoming really common these days .
Be aware from HRs that directly jump to offers in hand and who are hesitant to reveal their company.
