Hi fishes, I have 4 YOE in manual, automation and accessibility testing, im more interested in cloud tech so I started learning AWS technologies now I know concepts of EC2, S3, EC2 adv, VPC, RDS, Elb, ASG, IAM, Redshift(dont have handson).I am planning to switch over to other company. So How much salary I can expect?Is there anything need to do to get more opportunities but I have less time only(in 3 months notice period) Any suggestions please. Keep trying, it does takes some time for getting that one call and for that first interview to crack, but it becomes smooth after that.
If he is using something like Naukri.com or any other platform then make sure he is updating his profile/resume regularly, these platforms' algorithms will put you at the top of the search results if your profile if active and recently updated.
Also it looks for keywords so make sure that in your profile and your cv, you are using keywords related to the profile/technology which you are trying to target. Try changing your cv a lil bit, may be its not that catchy for the recruiter to get their attention.
Also nothing helps more than having connections. Try reaching out to your friends/seniors in other organisations who can refer you there. Chances of your profile getting picked up is much more if someone referred you instead of blindly applying for jobs on these platforms. If you don't have connections try randomly reaching out to people on LinkedIn/fishbowl and you can ask them for referral. Mostly people won't reply but may be if you try enough you might get lucky

Accenture itself has a portal as career marketplace, he should definitely try there. Also, he would need to spend another 3-5 months to get eligible for IJP, there is a portal ijp-atci.accenture.com there also he can try and find relevant jobs and contact the job poc for further guidance. Took me 3 years to move into development from support role, all the best.
