What do you do if you receive an offer from one company while you are still in the beginning stages of interviewing with another company? I just completed the phone screen of the second one and haven’t heard back yet but I feel very good about it).

What are some strategies that can be implemented with a 4th grade student who’s on a 1.4-2.4reading level, according to the STAR test. This student just transferred in and he is very well spoken, has a large vocabulary(uses words that typical 4th grade students may not), and has a great creative imagination. His goals include reading fluency and written expression. He cannot spell nor read basic sight words without help. Sometimes, it seems as if he is waiting for me to read before he tries.

Doesn’t it seem time to fix the LGBTQ+++ LMNOP acronym? I understand the need to represent and include all, even as we discover more monikers, but isn’t there a simple name overall that can rep all without adding letters every time. It’s becoming a Frankenstein and doing the important cause a disservice. Prince got his deal down to one symbol!
