I have taken 15-20 interviews of candidates from E&Y... everything is fake in their resume and their skill and knowledge level is very poor...is it just my experience ??

TCS, Today I completely lost interest and trust. Post document verification and taking all employee details. HR initally offers salary with 95% hike.
As I was already holding backup offer135% and asked if they could match up the offer? HR dept wasted 2weeks(until my LWD) in getting approvals and despite many follow ups today I received mail,we couldn't proceed further as cannot meet expected salary. In call,HR proposes 30%hike as company policy. Why not tell it earlier? Is this fair? Why double standards?

TCS salary discussion happened on October 18 th and i accepted same day itself and I begin status change to evaluated on 19th and recruiter mailed that you fill recieve offer letter upto maximum October 22 and today October 25 th no offer letter and no response from hr over phone and email ..what will do? Resign first then get released from Current Project.
Get Released from Current Project and then resign, so that you'll have time to prepare for switching.
Is it better to stay for 5 more months (Band will be released in April/May, Notice Period will be 3 more months), so one can get offers on top of revised compensation.
Let me know your thoughts.
