Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. For last 2 yrs i am receiving performing and also manager haven't initiated the mts 3 promotion. Please share a way to get a hike than getting only 10 percent

If you have to pay back a sign on bonus do you get back the withholding on it when you file your tax returns? For instance if the sign on bonus is 10k, there si withholding on that. So you actually receive 6k (assumption). But if you leave the company you pay back 10k no? How do you get the 4k back?

So I recently read an article that talks about how Airbnb's are considered to be commerical properties for the sake of depreciation because of the average stay test. If this is the case, shouldn't you be able to gut renovate Airbnb's and put it in the QIP bucket and take bonus as long as you don't make the ADS election?
