There are two ways. 1. Get an offer which is not meeting ur expectations or CTC but allowing to join after 90 days. Then, search for better offers in your notice period. 2. Get an offer saying you can join in 30-45 days and then try to convince them after that. If they don't agree, then find better opportunities showing this current offer/ take back resignation from current company
Thanks for the suggestion!
Chief
Say them you can join, get the offer resign, you will get more jobs in notice.
Pro
Resign and search for opportunities... You will get more offers
Current market is good and you dont have to worry. I resigned and calls started coming after a month. So yeah until your NP is 60 days or below u wont get calls.
See 90 days np is across service company, you will get Job. Its their problem not us, companies has created... we are not responsible for this mess. Please don't resign before offer. Reduce notice period and give few interviews to company/consultancy even if u don't want to join. Get a feel of questions asked, prepare and then apply for company where u want to work with actual np.
Thanks a lot !
