You can get multiple offers even with 90days notice period. Many organisations accept such employees. Get 1 offer in hand from service base like WITCH and then resign immediately. in the remaining time you can try for prod base.

I too am on same boat

Just resign from tcs , and try for job for first 2-3 weeks it will move very slow and after that ull get many calls from companies , even if u dnt get any job outside there is always a option to revoke ur old job so dnt worry and move forward all the best

like

We would be getting calls..but if the company is in urgent need of us would they be interviewing us properly or chances are there they might take us just like that..pls clarify

Try in product base

like

Yeah... I'm looking for the same

I am also on same boat.

Best thing is resign right away and start applying in multiple organisations, try job apps like times job shine etc and you will recieve ample calls. Also as your last working day comes near then many more companies will approach you. Also like someone said you can get an offer from WITCH, as they accept 90 days is normal for service company and you will get an offer much easily rather than product. Have faith, all the best 👍.

👋 I’m not sure if this would get very far, but if there are ANY Project Managers out there that are needing an Assistant PM or any other entry level title for a PM, I would love to see if I would be a good fit. I’m also trying to get under the wing of a PM to show me the day to day life as an official PM. It has been pointed out that I actually have years of PM experience in a professional and non professional setting. If any PM’s out there want to take on a risk on me, you won’t regret it.
