Just got my offer from Shell. However the LOE does not detail certain compensation components which are mentioned in the initial offer (market competitive allowance and performance bonus).
Should I ask for a revised LOE with this listed or does the original offer hold good even when I sign this contract?

What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

What’s the norm as far as bonuses to first years, particularly in V20 firms? Everyone seems to be happy with my work, a well respected partner is “impressed,” but there’s no way I’ll hit bonus hours. I’ve done some pro bono but just was not given much work the first few months and still am not swamped, which I am enjoying. I’ve heard whispers that all first years get bonuses. I’d assume it depends on the overall market and firm specifically but just wondering if there’s a norm among V20.

What is a tactful way of dealing with a colleague who is not pulling his weight? From what I hear from another manager, management is aware but has not done anything or enough to encourage him to prep and contribute to meetings, avoid throwing assignments together last minute, etc. I have had to work with him and it was a nightmare. Friends I have one doubt. I joined a new company and CTC offered is 16 lpa.
May 16th I joined to that company. People told me for 16 lpa I ll get 1 lakh per month. So was expected half salary which is 50k but I got only 45k.
