I’m curious of everyone’s views on job hopping. I’m on my 3rd job and have ~3 years of sales experience. Each job change has been an increase in comp and has shown clear career progression. At this point I’m working for a well known public company in SaaS, in their SMB segment, which has been great. But I’ve been approached by a smaller startup offering to double my base salary, 2.25x my OTE, and equity for an enterprise rep position. This is very enticing, but would I look like a job hopper?

I recently got a new role from a headhunter. When I was setting up my expectations (+30%) he kept saying it’s too high and the company may push back. Now just 1 month on my new role I got another offer through a company’s internal recruiter and it pays me 30% more on top of my new role. So can anyone help me to understand why headhunter was pushing down? IMHO, if a candidate expects too little, headhunters should encourage them to go above and beyond as long as it doesn’t go over budget

College enrollment rates are now 60/40. Boys are disciplined and suspended way more. Boys are medicated much more.
