10 year experience here and looking assess where I would stand.

How do you get the most out of your Series 7? From feeling like you are actively using it and making a nice income. I would hate to feel like I need a career move just because the Pay isn’t where I need it to be or maybe it’s because I am in Ohio?

I’m 3 months into a my first job as an entry level Business analyst with high data focus at a big investment bank but contracted by a consulting firm. The production company removed the video from its website once they were informed in order to mitigate economic harm. Can my client bring an action? If so, what can he seek in monetary damages? Need hair advice for how to make my hair look ok for the office. I’m Korean, with thick, straight hair and I’ve never done anything to it - I never even blow dry it, and I’ve always worn it down. But through my 20s, my hair has gotten more and more coarse and frizzy. Insanely coarse and wirey with random kinks in the coarse strands — no hairspray, frizz cream, or oil has been able to calm it. I’ve tried deep conditioners too. I have 0 hair skills - are frizzy ponytails my only option?

I was in Sales for a about a year and a half then switched to this role. I make $56 a year. I know my company underpays it’s employees but I am curious how much more I could be making? What are most producers seeing for their commission % on NB? I have a base salary, so I am not straight commission- BUT I only receive commission on new biz, nothing on renewals/retention. My base is supported by managing and servicing an existing book of biz and the book I have started to build since moving into a more sales directed position.

For anyone who has really enjoyed adjusting, what did you also really enjoy after that? I want to move up in my career but I have found a lot of enjoyment adjusting. I just know that can’t be it forever because I need to learn, grow and make more money. And a break from adjusting 🤣

Interested in getting into management/leadership type role, my experience has strictly been in underwriting. Only prior management experience was fast food joint I worked at in college. Looking for tips/tricks on how to get there. Any special designations other than CPCU to get?
