Need some weight loss suggestions/motivation. I used to be really fit but over the past few years, I’ve done so many rounds of IUI, had a baby, then two rounds of IVF before I really lost the baby weight which added more weight, then Covid hit and the no daycare no gym situation made it so hard to maintain a healthy routine. I had discussion with HR, they said they can max go for approx 34.5 lpa ( 26 fixed + 4.9 variable+ 3.6 stocks for 4 years).
