Looking to get my MLO cert. I have 2 years of teller experience in a credit union. What kind of job opportunities/positions will an MLO cert/license create for me? Any/all suggestions welcome!

Graduated undergrad in ‘18 from a non target with a 3.9, currently 3 full years under my belt, and feeling ready to start preparing for the application process. My plan for 2021 entails 1) GMAT/GRE study materials, 2) Increase involvement in extracurriculars 3) Begin the scholarship hunt - not necessarily in that order. Does anyone have tips/feedback on my approach/timing before I get started? Thanks!

Hi moms, anyone implemented taking cara babies 5-24 month sleep training course on their 4 month old? She says baby isnt developmentally ready until at least 20 weeks but I read every where that 4 months is ideal to start sleep training. Our baby sleeps through the night but needs to be rocked to sleep and we want him to be able to sleep independently

Eyeing an open spot as a Senior Manager GPS Contracts DOD Sub-Sector Lead. What would be the anticipated compensation (base + bonus%?) for this role? Any advice / coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety? I’ve never been to a therapy but I want to start. Also thinking about getting more into yoga and meditation. What helps me currently is going on walks while listening to podcasts and doing breathing exercises.
