Hello! Any women here in an executive role within a FAANG/tech organization? Over the past year I've had interviews with Google, Uber and Amazon/aws- and so far I've always resolved to stay within 'consulting' because I'm unsure if the 'exit' would be the right move for me.
My question is, what is it like being an executive female leader inside a FAANG - and any guidance on moving into a FAANG as an external hired executive.

What skills do I need to build to position myself to become the GC for a blockchain company, preferably in a role allowing me to provide substantial input on business decisions.

I’ve seen some on LinkedIn act as outside advisors to VC firms (in addition to their GC roles) given the significant regulatory risk in the space, which sounds very interesting as well.

Since Graduating with my bachelors in pre-medical professions I have been working as a Dermatology CMA to gain Experiential hours for a PA program. I’ve recently been exploring other career opportunities but I’m having some trouble applying my limited 3 year MA experience to another medical role. Any advise/suggestions/opportunities?
