Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. I have a BS in Biology and MS in Health Systems Management, but have struggled to land something else that I'd like to do in healthcare/pharmacy that pays better. Any suggestions??

Let’s see who remembers their MPRE. Just found a position at my dream firm I would like to interview for; however, I was also just placed on a deal where dream firm is the opposite counsel. I don’t want my current firm to know I’m thinking of leaving in case I don’t, so asking for a conflicts waiver doesn’t seem feasible. I am so burned out. I’m autistic, and there is so much that I just don’t know is a thing that I then get yelled at for not knowing is a thing. Partners tell me that I’ve got a rep as the go to person in my group for the difficult issues no one else can figure out. But then I get yelled at for being hyper technical or forgetting to enter time or literally everything, and it just feels like I can’t do anything right. I’m heartbroken I might not be cut out for this. It’s all I’ve ever want to be.

I’m a claims adjuster and have been working in the property & casualty industry for about 15 years. Can anyone recommend any companies that pay well, have good benefits and a good culture? My current company has great benefits, and a great culture but I feel I’m severely underpaid.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.
