I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I have 3 YOE, got offered 10.5 LPA in pwc. I had asked for a higher package as I have a counter offer of 12 LPA, the HR came up with some logic of variables, performance pay etc and gave me the offer. I have been offered a role in Data Analytics dept ( SAP tech stack).

My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.

I am a career nanny who previously owned and operated her own nanny referral agency in Hawaii for five years...then Covid came along and wiped it right out of business since March 2020. I feel like my entire identity has been taken from me especially with Covid and vaccine mandates. I'm not looking to go 20 years backwards-I no longer want to be the nanny and work that hard however nothing interests me!
