What does your process consist of (Application->phone interview->final interview-> offer?)? Or do you have assessments? What is the length of your final round interview?
As a recruiter, what are the biggest challenges you face in your role (recruiting technology challenges, working with your hiring teams, etc)?
For those who have assessments, what are the pros/cons?

Hello all i cleared tech, managerial and Hr round in TCS .
Within a week of interview had hr discussion and got salary breakup last week which i accepted.

Here is my issue. I left my firm this summer for an opportunity I should have known was to good to be true. I realized it wasn’t what I was led to believe. Was able to return to my old firm. The return was “a favor”. But includes conditions. I am not happy, and need a change and honestly more money now rather than in 6-8 months. I knew it would be ruff when I went back but I didn’t expect it to be this ruff. Is my recent history gonna be a huge hurdle to even get an interview?
