Hello BAs what are you all doing to improve your work products and stakeholder experience in these covid times

I have a colleague who is unvaccinated and tested positive for COVID (he text me to let me know). He lied to the firm about his vaccination status since late last year and he went to the office on Tuesday before he found out on Wednesday that he was tested positive. We were all in the conference room together so, I’m exposed to it as well. He refused to notify the firm about his COVID status and putting all those whom he had come in contact at risk. What should I do?

So I gained a bunch of weight during covid and have some gnarly stretch marks. Lost most of the weight over the past few months but the evidence of my uber eats and takeout binges remain. Any recommendations for stretch mark removal services you fine ppl may have used in the Chi area?

My office is about to start coming in next week. While I’m so excited to see my coworkers and to be around people again, I’m kinda nervous about COVID. I’m vaccinated but this delta strain is worrisome. 🥴

Masks at open houses?

With flu season (and COVID season?) just around the corner, I’m thinking of asking buyers to mask up at showings. Good idea or am I going overboard?

So I had Covid around Christmas time and although it wasn’t too bad… I can’t seem to shake this crazy exhaustion. I feel physically exhausted all the time and not like my old self… how long have you guys experienced this for after recovery?

Do any real people actually want schools to reopen as it stands now? Im hearing so much about it but it feels like a weird disconnected political thing and not a live humans with kids thing.
*Obv the goal is to get covid under control so kids can go back safely, this is assuming infection rates stay steady or continue to climb

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

I use Flo, last possible ovulation we did our thing pretty much daily. I’m currently 3 days late. I’ve taken 4 tests and all were negative. I’m recently getting over covid too. The reason I threw that in is bc I’m not sure My “symptoms “ are early pregnancy or lingering covid// symptoms:weird spells of nausea ( I never get nauseas) weird cramps that don’t feel like period cramps. Tender nips started today. I’m not sure which date to go by for DPO. Possibly 10

I work for the US’ largest concierge healthcare company and although Covid-19 has been devastating for so many, our company constantly raves about our (recent) success and how business is booming. They have given no additional bonuses or raises to employees. My new direct report was just hired 4 weeks ago and has a large salary than I do. What’s the best way to address this was my manager as the frustration is next level and with inflation the way it is I am now struggling to get by.

Not sure if anyone has experience with this but figured I’d ask. My 8yo daughter has been gaining weight over the last 2 years. Started during covid being home a lot and I guess eating more than normal. Schedules now are back to normal and she’s still gaining. I’ve gotten rid of all unhealthy food in the house but she will eat a lot of everything, always wants seconds and very hard to control. I don’t know what to do. Is it too early for a nutritionist?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?

At what hiring level do case interviews for strategy cease?

I am an office coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and want to break into the field of research. MSK has research coordinator roles, however when I initially applied after graduating, I didn’t get any interviews. I have minimal experience with research from undergrad. I got hired as a BA, at an advisory firm. Im new to the industry and new to the role. I see that every BA is different in different companies. Right now I’m building out SOP’S for our different departments, as well working with clients guiding them through our pipeline. I get to Analyze data every now and then to help make business decision, but there’s less emphasis on this. What tools or resources should I be utilizing to help myself grow and keep pushing. This company is young and growing.
