Broker is asking for my company ID card even when my entire family is shifting to Pune. He said we don't provide on rent for families who don't work in IT companies. I am taking the house on rent on my mother's name still he is asking for company ID card or offer letter. Is this normal?

Anyone here counsel for a parent company with a lot of subsidiaries but the parent company’s legal department is really really small? Sharing my story: I carry an abnormal gene in which me and my wife's first child was affected. We decided with our second child to use IVF. We started our journey in January 2021 and my wife went through 4 IVF cycles using my sperm in a 9 month span (her choice). We decided after the 4th round failed to go a different route and use sperm donation to rid us of the gene. During 2022, she went through 4 rounds of IUI and finally got one that stuck. She is now 14 weeks pregnant and due in April 😊

Another "we are having a baby" day from friends. I used to get very excited for everyones babies but I think its taking a huge toll on me now. Instead of being happy for them I cried. I dont want to feel like this. I actually don't even know what am feeling except for I am sad. Starting an IVF cycle shortly; and feeling very anxious. My period, which is usually within 25-28 days hasn’t started yet. It is 14 days late (and no, I am not pregnant :). My doctor had me patching 4 estrogen patches everyday for 10 days.
Has anyone else gone through this? Delayed period because of IVF stress? Or delayed period because of estrogen patches?
I don’t know what to make of all of this. Any help/ guidance would be great!

Hi all, i am currently expecting, told in the office about the same. Initially i felt support from my team but lately i have been facing some issues with senior managers. Mandatory wfo when there is no such corporate policy (if you are on leave you are required to cover it later), work pressure, unnecessary feedback, irritable tone, "personal suggestion" to take early maternity.
This has started to build up mental and physical stress now.
