Monthly performance pay is a sort of fixed amount. But the QVA is variable. It varies quarter by quarter. I'm at C3A.In a particular year, I get around 80% of the variable.

In my offer letter Variable Allowance ( Monthly and Quarterly) is mentioned with a condition that it is as per the best rating (i.e A rating) of TCS and if the rating is less than A then this would change. My question to you is, how much percentage wise variable may change for each rating A/B/C/D ?
For the first year the variable amount is kept low. Once you'd get the hike most of the amount will be put into variable component. Here the % hike is around 4 to 8%. For A, it would be 8%
