I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.
What type of things would you be asking yourself if you were in my shoes and debating to jump ship?

1st year accounting advisory managers who changed firms, what are you getting paid at new place in MCOL or HCOL?

So I just started at a new company about 5 months ago. I’m already looking to leave. My boss should not be in the director of HR role she in, she does not have the experience for it. She was put into that role because the prior director left and she was the senior most person on the team. I’m also not connecting with anyone on my team. I don’t feel fulfilled or happy here. How bad is it to reneg?
I’m moving to SF and got a job offer at a large startup. It took 2 months to get through the interview process. They have an offer out to me and I haven’t signed bc at the last second FANG reached out and said they’d created a position for me and wanted me to do a final round interview next week. It took me 100 days to get the first offer and I move in 5 weeks. I don’t want to turn down the startup because I need to survive but feel bad planning to reneg & interviewing.

Hi there! I have 20 years experience in communications and am 53 years old. Started new job several months ago. I consulted for a large tech company for 3 years in various internal and external comms roles. My passion is internal/employee relations and I’m a strong writer. Even though I loved my previous team, I left for a perm role in internal that sounded exciting and paid more. It’s awful. Micromanaged, unorganized leadership, work badly edited. Am I stuck?
