Hi everyone! I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and have been with my company for a bit over a year and a half. I am one of the few that has stayed this long, 1 of 2 bilingual techs, and there’s been a high turn over rate in technicians since I’ve start but it has increased drastically lately so in light of that I was thinking of asking for a raise.
