Hello, currently looking at adding benefits to our existing ones, especially a car plan program. Any idea would be helpful. My industry is retail.

What kind of benefits do you currently have? Also, can you share more about what you mean by "car plan program"? Not sure I'm familiar with that term.

I find health benefits to always be the most useful. Some companies offer benefits for going to the gym, incentive programs to quit smoking, and so on.

We currently offer transportation benefits, including company cars, through imercer. It works well enough, but I'm sure there are other options out there. I inherited the policy and haven't had time to compare it to others.

I have a Rollover and SEP IRA alongside my current 401k.

My Roth account has the lowest balance because historically I've taken the tax deduction for pre tax contributions to the SEP and Rollover.

I understand if I contribute the money to Rollover and then backdoor to Roth, I will pay tax pro-rata based on the contribution percentage of total Rollover/SEP account balance (majority tax on funds that have grown).

Q: Can I open another traditional IRA solely for the purpose of the backdoor?

Hoping for some advice re: job interviews. How can I respond to questions around measurable impacts of my marketing work on revenue? In previous roles because of lack of resources / attribution system we could only measure things like leads, attendance rate, click rate etc. not the actual final impact on B2B revenue generated. Very good feedback always from management & I believe I did a great job, but feeling I couldn’t point out to real final outcomes. Afraid this will hurt my chances.

Hi all!

I have worked in business development for 5 years and quit my work late last year due to personal reasons. I'm now actively looking to get back into work and am considering Luxembourg as an option. Any idea how the job market is w.r.t. non-technical roles(account manager, account executive, etc.) and will companies sponsor visa for such roles??
I am currently based in Madrid where I was last employed.

I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.
