Hello, did you guys notice that a post about Amy Cooper/feminist racism was taken down from the coronavirus thread. Seems like our peers get easily triggered when confronted by the truth. Have you thought about how that affects the badges we get on here? Have a hunch POC’s comments get taken down or are not “reacted” to as often as white people’s posts. I think the image below triggered non POCs on that thread. Thoughts? We can’t even speak our mind on this type of platform?

About to become a mum in a few days (scheduled c section) and feeling only anxiety about how this will change me as a person and whether I will be able to cope with everything a baby needs me to be for her. I am already tired as my pregnancy was complicated and physically draining and the demanding part has not even started yet! Is this normal? Shouldn't I be happy and looking forward to this? My husband and I want to spend the month of august visiting our in laws who live in Europe. We haven’t seen them in 3 years due to COVID and I want my kids to have that time with our family. But… I work in a lawfirm with billable hours. Any advice on how I should pitch this to my bosses??? My father passed and I’m positive for Covid. I finished my first week and I don’t have any symptoms. I just have this pain on my chest that I know I have to fight through to get well and feel better. My heart just feels so heavy.

I have subjectively observed that those people who are more afraid of the coronavirus and more in favor of avoiding in person events for that reason also seem to have become less socially adept. In other words, some loss of social skills seems to correlate with 2022 pandemic precautions.
