Hello, does anyone know the base salary range of a reliability engineer with 4 YOE in the RME group? What is the culture like in the group specifically for women?

Maybe a noob Q - When does it make sense to take a pay cut when changing companies? I'm a Producer/PM trying to decide if I should jump to a smaller, lesser-known company (COLOR) for more money but fewer benefits than my current job, or with TeamOne for a slight pay cut but more benefits than my current job or COLOR. In reading through forums, the pattern seems to be getting pay raises in jumping between companies >.< What do you consider?

Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

I have an offer to serve as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon but I haven’t been able to find information to indicate Amazon has a positive culture that enables a work-life balance. I’m a high performer and not afraid to put in the work when it requires long hours and supporting on-demand priorities but my hope is that the culture is more proactive than reactive.
