Depends on where you are but I’ve seen them in $50-60k range depending on the facility but they can also go a lot higher into 6 figures as well

Following…

I would ask for no less than 65k.

All my six-figure salary consultant friends are ranting about how poor they feel right now because their IRAs/portfolios are down. Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. I’m currently at a PT office in NY, working as a patient representative. I’ve been there for a year and the pay is $16/hr. I’m looking for at home remote roles that are FT OR PT. I have front desk experience, as well as customer service experience. Ready to begin something new and hopefully get paid more.

I was offered a Solutions Architect role with a packaging company. When discussing details with the recruiter, she specified that the salary was $60k…I was shocked to hear that number.

I gave her my target salary as $100-120k (I have 3 years experience in IT, 1 in IT Procurement, now a PM). She said the highest they would likely be able to go is $85k, but she would have to speak with the hiring managers.

I still think $85 is too low for the role. What do you think is a fair salary?

Question about changing careers to be a therapist:
I’m in my mid-30s and currently in HR, which I don’t enjoy. I live in a HCOL (Los Angeles) and make about $100k per year currently. I don’t have any kids so I live comfortably on that. I’ve been considering going back to school to become a therapist, and I was recently laid off so I’m thinking about doing it now (instead of finding another HR job and waiting). (Continued…)

I’m notoriously bad with “aesthetic” and design. I’ve hired all my vendors, including lighting and florals, but am now starting to think through what other decorations/logistical items are needed - signage, dessert table trays, guest book, bar top, etc... whenever I google how to start thinking about wedding decorations all the sites are just telling me to rent linens vs buy frames, which... isn’t helpful. How is everyone else here tackling this?!

Are there any executives out there who have recently negotiated with their CEO for an updated compensation package? I know I'm being underpaid as a CFO who has also handled all of the HR responsibilities for the past 3 years. Currently at $130K with $30K bonus at the end of the year. I just received an offer on a job I would really like to accept. The salary offer is about 25% higher than my current salary, which I am happy about, but is also the low $ on the range I had expressed to the recruiter and the exact $ that I put on the online application (I had to put a $ figure). Am I being greedy trying to negotiate for a bit higher? Do they expect me to counter? I have been burned by NOT negotiating in the past but who can be mad at a 25% increase??

I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited about. Their initial offer was 10K more than the top of the salary range they gave me for the position when I asked during the interview process and at the top end of the salary requirements I set for myself. My partner thinks I should still negotiate for more even though I’m happy with the offer. Am I an idiot if I don’t negotiate in this case? Realistically, I don’t think I’d get much more than that, but should I negotiate out of principle?

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?

Having an Interview this week, and don't know how high I should set my salary expectations. I currently earn 24k/annum base + comission. Would it be unreasonable to say that I have 30k + comission atm? I think it also hardly depends on the location, I am currently working from Poand but would be working for a swiss company.
Currently have about 7months exp. and thoughts on this?
Appreciate the input
