I am currently working with a service based organisation (Mindera) and it’s only been 2 months. I recently received an offer from JPMorgan for the same pay.
Tech stack wise, the service based is a little ahead using latest tech while the team at JP Morgan is still in the process of going there. I’m confused if I have to make a switch or not, considering the fact that JP Morgan comes with a name and more weightage on the resume while the service based gives me a little nudge on the tech stack

I had joined Deloitte India last June, with fixed pay as 15.5 LPA.
I have total 6.8 years of experience, Senior Consultant.


Now I have an offer from Mindtree, with Total CTC of 22 LPA,today is last day to accept the offer.

I know the appraisal is due in Deloitte India, letter will be released on June 26, my coach said my feedback was good, also scatterplot is good.

What should I do? Should I move on and put down papers or wait for appraisal results then search for opportunities.

What's a really good "difficult" question that you as a candidate can ask the (big law) interviewer?

Context: I had callbacks at a big law firm while i was in law school and after one partner finished her questions and I finished asking my questions, she told me to ask her a really tough question, something to really stump her. l fumbled and am pretty sure that majorly factored into the rejection.

What would you ask?
