I really need leave for two weeks. My project does not have long leave policy but it has strict target policy. The last best leave I took was for 4 days only. I really need a long leave so I can have a vacation atleast once. it's been 3 years I worked in my current project. Never taken a long leave. Plz suggest me good ideas. I'm not sick but getting depressed day by day.

What platform do you use to keep client security data organized? Google Analytics seems to be the most comprehensive but I want to see what else is out there. Is it worth it to use a subscription when there are so many free options?

What are your thoughts on disclosing strategies during an interview or 1:1 meetings? I’ve been asked specific questions regarding my own strategies & creative ideas about how I would go about revenue growth & client growth/retention but got the vibe the person interviewing me was only gathering intelligence for their own personal gain to use as their strategies and ideas. How do you specifically communicate your value-add but not give it away?

Anyone here work at McKinsey in an internal capacity (HR, L&D, etc), that could shed some light on their experiences? This is an area I want to get into (getting away from client service). I’ve only seen comments about the client-facing roles. Any insight would be awesome!

Hi all. I’m a 27 year old Pre Press Artworker that’s looking to move into a creative role. I have recently pitched a rebrand to the company I work for which I received a good response to. I am currently stuck in my role as they can’t seem to hire anyone to do my job. We have a large team of project designers (non creatives) and I’m looking to get our company heading in to a new channel. I am a clinical research coordinator working in Austin, Texas. I have my Masters in Cell & Molecular Biology and have a year of laboratory research experience.

I’ve been in my position for 5 months now. I make $27 hourly which amounts to about $51,000 yearly. Am I being under paid? Are all coordinator positions hourly? As a laboratory researcher I was salary :(

I am a rescheduled candidate at tcs with 1 year experience. My first joining date was 18th august 2022 which i rescheduled as i was serving my notice period.

Till now I haven't got any update on the next joining date ...

Its been more than 3 months now...

Any one knows anything about the next joining date???

I have bagged few offers also. But since I don’t have any industrial experience I am little worried.

Hi folks, I'm a new joinee in tcs. I have been allocated to a project in tcs a month ago and still my on boarding at client side is not completed. All they say is it is stuck at client side and we'll update you. But its been more than a month. What should do in this case? Should i speak with HR or my department SPOC? Please suggest.
