I am Frontend developer (Angular) with following offers to choose from . Kindly suggest which company i should join. Currently serving NP in TCS. YOE:- 3.5 yrs

1. Dassault system:- 17.2 LPA (16.3 fixed)
2. British Telecom:- 20.5 LPA (19.25 fixed)
3. Infosys:- 14 LPA (11.5 fixed)
4. Cybage:- 16 LPA (14.5 fixed)

Hard to digest: during 2000-2001 .com bubble, overall there were 107K layoffs (yes, then the tech staff was less compared to today). But in just Q4 2022, there have been 120K lay offs so far and looks like it’s just the beginning.

What is the worst that can happen if you refuse to return to office ? If nothing works out and put papers .. will manager make you serve notice from office ? What alternative is there? Market is also down due to recession
