What is everyone thinking about sending their kids back to school in a few weeks? From a safety standpoint, I want kids to stay home, but from a learning and mental wellbeing standpoint, obviously kids benefit most from physically being the classroom. I also don’t know how parents are going to manage working from home as well as monitoring their kids throughout the school day. (Let’s keep this respectful)

What's the pay range to ask from Amazon if you're accepted in a Project Manager kind of role and you come from big 4 consulting as a manager? Is 160-170K a good range to give? Too high or too low?

Hi everyone! For those that feel comfortable, would love to see the breakdown AFC > eggs retrieved > fertilized > embryo > genetically normal (please feel free to include other steps, add in more numbers/details). I've read the averages of how it gets narrowed down, but always prefer hearing real breakdowns. I'm in the process of my first egg retrieval and trying to stay realistic. Really appreciate it!

Just landed in airport nearest client city but the rental car agency (hertz) is closed. Client and hotel are a one hour drive. Am I able to even pick up a car at this point?

Talked to a recruiter today and he said he would give my resume to the company for the job position. It sounded like a cool job. How likely is it I’ll get a call for an interview?

I sign up for any welcome bonus offers of banks or credit cards i see. Is there a rule of thumb for this? Haven’t closed any of my cards since i know it might hit my score but just trying to understand if everyone takes advantage of these offers or should i be careful about something?

Need some inspiration...fam keeps asking for my holiday gift list and I have very few ideas for myself (34M). Have a few crutches I can lean on from wardrobe/hobbies (golf etc.). Anyone have any go-to, can’t-live-without items they recommend? (Budget <$500 per item)

"We want to be the client that every creative team in the agency wants to work on!!" - client(s) that no creative in the agency want to work on

Can anyone help me evaluate whether I should take an exit opportunity. Currently in big 4 (fsrm) and have the opportunity to join a f250 payments firms internal strategy division. They report directly to the c-suite and said they mainly focus on strategy or M&A and don’t do implementation. The team seems really nice but I’m just worried about leaving consulting and leaving the accelerated progression. Would love some insights as I’m fairly lost on what to decide. Thanks!

New to points travel. Planning to book Ritz 5 nights for 200k but have only100k Marriott pts. What's the best way to earn the rest before September? Also, anything I should about booking for ritz?

Thought: Should companies not give full time offers to incoming interns if that means they will be able to layoff a smaller number of workers who are qualified to do their job and not underperforming?

PwC fish - Does the firm allow reverse rollovers into the 401k? In other words, can you roll assets from another 401k into the PwC 401k?

Im a recent grad on a tech implementation project for a small firm. I’m finding it challenging because I’m expected to know how to solution a user problem based on the system that I really don’t know all the ins and outs of. I enjoy the req gathering/PMO activities, but thinking of data mapping and integrations is such a new way of thinking than a typical strategy-based case study. Do strategy ppl find these tech implementation difficult?

Companies need to not dilute diversity with this whole diversity of thought jibberish - there are real issues re: bias, race, gender and respect in the workplace. Education around how to build better
