Glad to see our nation turning out to vote, when we vote, America is at its best!
“It’s possible 85 million people could vote before Election Day and perhaps 150 million will vote in total. Ten times more mail ballots have been returned than at this point in 2016 and twice as many people have voted in-person.”

You can also do a find & replace - highlight that column, ctrl+f, replace, (Aer) with (AER), click match case/exact match or whatever and voila
This is the way. It must be stressed that it's very important to include the parentheses () in this case , as you suggested, or it will capitalize all instances of Aer. For example, if they had "Maersk" somewhere in the cells, it would turn to MAERsk.
Here it is 🙂

For each column?
Yes
The suggestions provided work although may not be computationally efficient. Whether it is or isn’t depends on your dataset. If you have a lot of columns with text at the end that you want to set to uppercase then M1’s suggestion works well. If you have a smaller data set and/or do not have a lot of variation in the parenthetical text then D1’s suggestion may have a quicker implementation.
Thank you!
Lol i just finished a project on classifying new Equipment names into their types. Unrelated to excel: using excel to tag the names each time for 100s of rows was painful for my firm, so i usee python deep learning to classify them. Might wanna try it. Saves hours in a week. 100/100 recommend.
