Is there a good way for me to tell my friends I don’t want them to bring their dog over when they come to visit? When they first got him they said they were nervous to leave him as a puppy, but he’s about 2 now and they won’t leave him home alone unless another family member can watch him (which is rare). I just bought a new condo and spent a good amount of money redoing and furnishing it and I’m not thrilled about their dog jumping all over my furniture and having to clean dog hair for weeks.

For couples who don't live together, what do you usually do on the weekends? I find that me and my bf often spend our weekends just doing homebody things alone and because of that we don't really feel the need to hang out with each other (even though we also don't see each other during the week bc of work). So, for the past few weeks we get groceries together and watch some tv and that's it :(

Wilmington is close to everything. Columbus has some nice bridges?
oh does columbus not have stores or places walkable distance?
You’d have to look at the map around your office. Columbus may depending on location. is there anything else you’d like to consider-like bodily autonomy, weather, regional rail?
Columbus actually has a really fun and lively downtown. Check out neighborhoods like German Village and the Short North area. It also has OSU in the city, so lots of college kids and academic types. Some great companies are located in Columbus, so lots of young professionals and things to do. It’s the Midwest, so people are generally nice.
That being said, Ohio isn’t close to the beach or the mountains - it’s pretty flat. Columbus is fun, but there isn’t a lot to do near Columbus. Definitely see if you can visit both places before deciding.
