Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Bro I was in TCS with YOE 6 and CTC 7 LPA. Got an offer of 30 LPA from its competitors. So current CTC doesn't matter.

Buddy what you're expecting is completely fine and something many companies will be willing to be pay without much of a negotiation.
Try to put your points forward:
1. that you're underpaid.
2. Compare market rates through different websites available give them the figures on difference.
3. Ask them not to judge you based on last CTC rather than on skill and expertise.
If nothing works out you'll have to move slowly to reach that level of 300% hike which is to grab an offer of 100% or more whatever you can and renegotiate with the next company unless you achieve the level.
HR's are well aware of the market conditions and salary expectations.
All the best.
Thank you for your suggestion.. I will keep this in mind. N I will surely get wht i want n deserve, with consistent work.

Take 100%, give more interviews and negotiate with them. U should easily get 16.
Yes u can reject
Take one offer with 100% hike and then resign, after that start applying since u are having less notice period u will get good offers depending on your tech stack.
Immediate joiners get good hike
Tech stack? Try product based companies. For 4 years u should get minimum 12 lpa. Many gets 150% hike these days if your skills are in demand. Keep trying.
If you have skills current ctc is not a matter to get good hike
At least start taking offer of 100% hike...then take offers on it
