A unit in TCS is trying to retain me saying if they revise the ctc (from their unit bugedt) and provide an Indonesian onsite opportunity, will you revoke your papers. Is it worth taking this chance? I am a UX designer and have spoken with a potential client who intially wanted to redesign the navigation and landing page of their site. They showed me analytics saying only .35% of users open the main menu (most access different pages through Google search and then leave the site) so it's not worth the time to redesign. I see a lot of growth potential here, but they don't see the value in good nav if users don't already use it. How do I show them the value of good nav? Should I just let it go?

I worked as staff RN for 4 yrs - went per diem to go FT at a hosp ASC as staff RN for 1.5yrs. I settled for offer less than asking (100-120k) & renegotiation after 6 mo. for the DON position. I was given +8k - still below range - after 4 mo. To ready for inspection, I’ve had to do “OT” admin & often help clinically as RN..
