Can anyone provide insight into Meta Lead Counsel/IC5 total comp? I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there? Thanks in advance!
I'm in Midwest and the temp is mid 70s today. Plus sunshine! And the news about Pfizer releasing 30M vaccine doses by end of Nov. All of this has put me in such an amazing positive mood! Who else feeling this energy? (Almost not concerned that PA results are out and I might get 🥜 in bonus lol)
Chicago-based. Have a Google offer for L4 UX Researcher (base 153 / bonus 15% / RSUs 369 / sign on 30). Y1 TC is ~300 excluding the sign on. RSUs are frontloaded so TC over 4 years would be more like ~270. Thoughts? Is that fair?
Best in house agencies in LA? Bonus points for those currently hiring. Mama needs a change...
What are some good negotiation tips to use after you get initial offer? Got an industry offer with a great salary but no sign on bonus. I want to squeeze out more salary and a sign on.
Job offer senior acct role for 88k with 7k signing bonus, 11% bonus. Currently a senior 2. Catch is may not be manager for 2 years. Currently 76k at EY, make manager next October. What do I do!?!?
The company that I have worked for the last two years as as a salaried employee (financial analyst making 80-90k base+20-25% bonus) has informed me that my status is going to be changed to an hourly, non-exempt employee, eligible for OT pay. Additionally, I am eligible to receive payment for OT worked over the last 2 years. I frequently work 55-60+ hours a week and can’t understand why they would retroactively offer me a payout, possibly in excess of $100k. What are the implications here? Cont.
Does cognizant provide joining bonus? If so why did the hr did not mention anything? Will they back out?
Trying to figure out if my yearly raise is good or bad compared to market. Hoping to share salaries with others. I have 4 YOE, middle of part time MS CS Current job Non faang- 180TC, 120 base with 100k stock total at start which grew a lot From recruiters lately for data scientist positions: Door dash- 185k base, 250k stock total Spotify- offered 180k TC Nike- 125k Didn’t mention bonus on call
So KPMG’s steaks and a $500 gift card supposedly makes up for what should have been a $36k bonus by manager and shitty shitty shitty raises? Seniors getting paid like staff isn’t a good move
I’ve been working in a back office tech role at Snr Associate level. It’s my first time working for a bank. What kind of bonus can I expect? My reviews have been excellent so far.
Does it look bad on the resume to leave a Big 4 for a small boutique strategy company in 1.5 years? I’m getting a 20% raise from current base salary, but higher annual bonus. (Cont.)
Can anybody provide Salary insights on: PWC Manager - Financial Services Advisory - Operations Consulting Services New York Is this Strategy& and whats the fixed salary and bonus I can expect? Also, what is the interview process for this?
Thoughts on offer for S&O associate role: $110 base and 15% bonus for 1.5 YOE at MBB. Thinking added WLB will be huge as well
7 YOE. Up for SM this year. Industry offer @ 175 Base, 20% Bonus for Retail Corporate Strategy role. Minor all in bump from what I am making now, less money than I would make as SM. Hate BD/sales work in consulting. Thoughts on offer
Asking for a raise/general career growth Promoted to C in Oct 20 in our AI group. Work experience is data analytics using Tableau, SQL, and Looker. Our group is struggling with retention and during this round I want to ask for a raise. My current comp of 94k but 5% bonus isn’t competitive with the offers I’ve been getting on Linkedin at boutique firms or in industry. I have a lot of internal work projects too including 2 technical. Would it be reasonable to ask for 110?
My company is now displaying!
Where is a new build???

Got offered 72k from Deloitte federal to do business analysis. I'm 2 years out of undergrad working for Northrup Grumman. Also working on my MBA. Good offer? I was going to counter at 75k.
Recommendations for email title if I want to reach out a partner and just chat about what he is doing? Is "Quick Chat" too informal?
Officially on the bench 😎

Somehow my shoulder became the headrest for the guy next to me on the flight this morning... Is it that hard to keep your head off of a complete stranger?

Have a strong feeling the lead on my current project is about to be replaced. Laying low.
