Please help me understand which firm will be a better fit in terms of work culture, learning opportunities, and good benefits (hike, other services)?

EY GDS- Senior Associate - Account Management CoE

KMPG KGS- Associate Consultant in Capability Hubs- Research-G&S-MI MRS

As a Cybersecurity Analyst I make right under 80k in total compensation (62k Salary, 17k Bonus). I have two years of experience, an Associates in Networking and a Sec+ cert, does everyone feel like this is a fair compensation based off my credentials and experience?

Anyone out there who is a RN who works in marketing? I have been a surgical nurse/nurse navigator for 10 years and for the last 2 years have taken an interest in marketing. I have my own social media management company I do on the side for locals, but I want to transition to working for a company full time. Tips?

Has anyone had success claiming for unemployment benefits while on H1B? For data point, I’m in NY and I received a request for documents showing work authorization and sent back EAD, SSN, copy of H1B stamp and I797. Case is still processing.

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

My Deductions are
1. 1.5 lakhs 80c

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of.
