A recruiter presented an offer at X salary plus benefits. When they offered the job I accepted via email with x salary + benefits. I had to wait a week for the official offer letter to come from the company. When I received it, it stated a lower base plus bonus- combined were lower then the x base I accepted over email with the recruiter. There is a $12k discrepancy in the base salary now. How can a recruiter fix this mistake?

Currently working in NYC at KPMG financial due diligence with 4.5 total years of experience. Getting promoted to manager in 2-3 months with 130k target base salary and 12k annual bonus. Got an offer in Bay Area California for a senior financial analyst for global strategy and M&A at fortune 150 firm with 140k base, $15k sign on, 10% annual bonus, relocation, and great benefits. Thinking of leaving promotion on table, long term goal is FAANG or tech. Is this a fair offer?

Looking for some advice/suggestions here. 24 years old, TC is now 110k. I have 40k cash savings. $6,500 in my 401k and $6,400 in Roth IRA. Just was promoted and wondering if that’s too much cash to hold onto AND if contributing to a Roth makes sense. I contribute 7% with 100% match and 10% profit sharing at the end of the year to the 401k. Contributing $550 a month to the Roth. But still, 95% of the company refuses to even address me by my pronouns, remotely try, or ask anything.

The agency itself is led by older conservative men, but I guess I expected at least some effort from younger employees.

It is asking me for Landlord name address in Investment declaration. Should I enter these details randomly or should I increase 80C investment for now and after 2-3 months update HRA and reduce 80C to actual?

Hi, I got selected for a position with Risk Consulting team at KGS. Now after the HR discussion, the Hr came back saying that they wont be able to offer me AM with 6+ YOE. Can this be true? I am not sire what is to be done now. I need genuine suggestions from you guys, shall I consider them offering consultant with this experience or shall I turn this down?
