This year, for example, I have already maxed out my 2022 contribution. Should I, on top of that, create a individual 401k (aka solo 401k) and try to max it out as well?

Pay off the car early or fund more in 401k?
New job, no prior 401k balance but late career starter at 30 so anxious about retirement. If payoff car loan, I will only be able to contribute 5k to retirement this year (no match 1st year). Car loan is 5.99% and matures 2023. I would divert what would be retirement contributions to paying off the car by Dec this year. This would free up a $540 monthly bill starting Jan 2021. What’s better, higher retirement contributions now, or pay off car now?

Hi. I’ve been working in group homes for eight years and I’m looking to transition out of the field. I am hoping to at least maintain my current pay and have similar benefits, but I’m at loss as to what to do. I have a lot of life experience but no degree and I’m 50 years old. I just can’t do this kind of in-home work anymore, as it’s emotionally and physically draining. Even though I love it to some degree, the nature of the job just burns people out. So.. ideas?

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

In my offer letter relocation assistance is mentioned as supposed to be utilised in first 2 months, but there is no business need of relocating at this point of time, will they provide relocation if I relocate at later date.
